Normally, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. If a product is out of stock or on backorder will attempt to contact you to let you know.
Your order cannot be cancelled after it has left our facility. Due to the personal nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. If a product is unsatisfactory, please contact us and we will attempt to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
We use FedEx Ground or the US Postal Service to ship your order. If you provide an email address, a tracking number will be sent to you so that you may track the arrival of your order.
